Throw Command #30

1) own damage algorithm
2) item tab check box whether can be thrown
3) implement graphically by taking center weapon animation sprite, and rotating 
360 degrees continuously, moving horizontally from actor to target
4) determine whether can throw GP or not, selectable amount
