Refactor partitioners in ST editor:

Remove deprecated FBType Xtext document support classes
Fix missing imports and FQN handling in recovered function and global constants sources.
Extract proxy name for unresolved data types in ST editor
Fix keyword and qualified name case replacements in ST formatter
