Update README to include exact versions of AAS Part 1 & 2 that are implemented #320

README currently only states that AAS4J implements AAS Part 1 v3.0 (final). Not 100% sure if this is still correct or if it implements v3.0.1 by now. Also, AAS4J implements classes of Part 2 which is currently not documented (should also include the version)

As mentioned today also in the committer's call, there are a few more topics open for support of V3.0.2 of Part 1, in particular failing tests...
