Creation of Submodels via Workspace/Create/New Submodel from pool of known not working #189

Describe the bug When loading a Submodel via Workspace/Create/New Submodel from pool of known only the Submodel (without elements) is loaded but not the Submodel elements (tree) that belongs to that SM. The concept descriptions have been loaded. I tested it with "Nameplate V2.1" and "TechnicalData V1.2". It is the same with both templates.

Hello,

the "pool of known" is exactly this: A pool of concept descriptions, but no hierarchy behind it. Therefore, the respective function cannot (by principle) create all SubmodelElements but only what it says: the Submodel itself.

There is the functionality for dedicated plugins and there is generic forms. And there is (upcoming, on XMAS2023 branch) the possibility to have hierarchical IEC60360 ConceptDescription, which is IMHO a good candidate for real SM templates.

I propose to close this issue.
