Support for AID and AIMC Submodel Templates #211

Acronyms: TD = Thing Description AID = Asset Interfaces Description AIMC = Asset Interfaces Mapping Configurations

Message: This Pull Request is intended to merge two implementations created around January by the following branches.

  1. harish/V3_AIDPlugin (focuses on TD and AID)
  2. MIHO/Xmas2023_Plus_AID (focuses on AID and AIMC but more on AIMC)

lots of adjustments has been made on both branches to handle the intention of both submodels.
