This PR consists of below changes:

  1. Updating AasCore-SDK to that of AasxPackageExplorer, without code restructuring. With this upgrade, the AasxPackages downloaded from server can be opened in AasxPackageExplorer
  2. Adding two new APIs: GetThumbnail and PutThumbnail
  3. Adding configuration for "CORS" Policy.
