Protocol manager fix1 #84

@cskiraly I've made some changes to protocol manager to allow addition/deletion of new protocols. BLE has been coded with an ID which contains a space.

I've also allow the ability to add a new protocol but for testing I am not constraining the classpath currently.

Next we should see if based on this we can remove the hard-coded ones, which IMHO sholdn't be there to start with.
