LoRa protocol integration

Although the LoRa protocol for AGILE is ready (some tweaks will be most likely needed), it is deemed necessary to tamper some parts of the stack to make it work:

• ProtocolManager: this is straightforward. I will follow the other examples at ProtocolManagerImp.java and will "manually" append LoRa as a new protocol.
• DeviceFactory: this part is not that clear to me (some help would be more than welcome). Due to the relative simplicity of the inherent protocol's features, I can use DummyDevice.java for the first shot, but I can bet some parts will be missing.

P.S. I would like to add the Sky-watch guys to this issue but it seems that they are not part of the AGILE dev team

UPDATE: I have created the branch 88-lora_protocol_integration for this. Moreover, the first of the points in the above message is done

The latest version has been tested with Sky-watch stuff and it works. So, the pending (and hopefully, last) part is the integration with the stack. Anyway, concerning agile-core, the code is ready
