Admin > Register new user #122

That would be useful a lot, especially now, since we don't allow user registrations yet.

Do you want allow to set password directly, or better send welcome email with link to reset password?

Mmmm… perhaps the easiest is simply to allow admin to access the "Register" page and action. Then all he has to do is fill in the email of someone?

Done (added new menu, fix css, fix user objects overlapping in templates)
