atom feed should link to page for newly released module #130

When I read a news item about a newly released module in my news reader there's no link to the herd page for the new version of the module, just links to Herd itself and to the atom URL itself.

It would also be neat if, when publishing a new version, you could optionally include a link to a release announcement (hosted externally to Herd). That link could be shown on the page for that version and be published via the atom feed so people could more easily find out about what the new release adds.
