ceylon.language is not a part of SDK #215

According to 9.3.1 of language specification: "The namespace ceylon is reserved for Ceylon SDK modules". Unfortunately in herd in main menu modules/by category/SDK does not contain ceylon.language".

Although it's not strictly part of the SDK since it's provided by the distribution, I have put it in the SDK category, thanks.
