Pick list of common licenses #24

There should be a pick list of common licenses. This would help avoid inconsistencies (ASL2, ASL 2, ASL 2.0 etc).

So I looked at it and I wonder if we could have a drop-down list as well? ATM it only autocompletes but I can't see the whole list unless I type something.
