Edit project claim #33

Done basic edit form. Do you want some more complex workflow? (eg. change project status, sent notification email, ...)

Thanks. The project status should be changed in the project view so that's good let's leave it like that. I think we could add a new claim edited notification in the project view, like how we log the status changes, and yes probably send notifications on change. I guess the admins should always get the notification (on the basis that there can be more than one and the others would like to see the notification) but the claimer should only get a notification if he was not the one doing the change, no?
