Add link to ceylon-lang.org #49

Where do you want the link ? Some proposition :

new entry in the menu
on the right in the footer div
both

New entry on the menu will make it too wide, though Ideally I want it in the header, but I don't know how. Perhaps @emmanuelbernard has an idea?

We might want to have a small logo top left that would be a drop down menu pointing to other resources. We could get the same logo across all of our properties.

It fits well in the bootstrap model but not in the ceylon-lang.org design though :(

Added a link on the home page and Help menu, I think this is enough for now.
