Delete module and all its versions #90

This is only for admin, but it should be possible to delete a module and all published versions from the repo (currently we can only delete a version but not a module). Should follow the same warning pattern as deleting a module and check all dependent modules before deletion.

So what's td.expand for in the CSS? It screws up all the table rendering because each column tries to be huge.

Why each column? It is only used for column with module name. Without it, each column have approximately same width, which looks especially bad for columns with buttons (at least by my design feelings ;-)).

Thing is, for the module list now the description is as small as the buttons, which is too small it looks silly.

Yep, right, in my test database I had not filled module description, so I didn't see it. Should be fixed now. (if you have more elegant css trick, let me know)
