Build an executable distribution of CeylonIDE #795

Although installation of the Celyon IDE plug-in into an existing Eclipse distribution is not a rocket science, it would be a nice touch if instead of a plug-in installation directions, we would offer a full blown Ceylon IDE download.

The IDE should come with all the niceties of Ceylon branding:

Elephant logo on the launcher and window icons
Splach screen with the Ceylon elephant on it
Custom launcher executable name
Ceylon Tour on Eclipse Welcome page
Perhaps some tutorial cheat sheets

If someone volunteer to maintain and test a separate eclipse product definition for the various OS's I can definitely give pointers.
