Migrate to new Google Analytics Universal code #304

Google has upgraded it's JS code. I see that the download section uses directly some of the Google JS methods. @FroMage we should look together to see whether or not the migration will cause problem.

Ping me when you are available. I'm putting the migration work on hold in the mean time.
