Intellij section: add signposting and orientation to function when available

Currently, Intellij is a tech preview. Other Getting Started user flows include Next Steps, orientation and signposting to:

• remote (as Getting Started install is a prerequisite for remote install)
• working with templates
• metrics dashboard.

Once these functions become available for intellij, add the signposting and orientation into the Getting Started topics for Intellij.

Use the Eclipse or VS Code equivalent Getting started topics as templates.

• intellij-firstproject
• intellij-codechange

Update:

• remote config and working with templates are not supported in 0.12.0 -- the user only has access to the default templates, and for IntelliJ we only support Java templates.
• performance and application metrics are supported as of 0.12.0
