Add pipenv to docker image #195

Dockerfile was updated and new image (v0.0.6) is already available on Docker Hub.

pipenv is installed via pip, not via the distributed apt package. Reason being, the debain package is over two years at this point. A lot of bugfixes have been made since.

Looks like @sebastianpfischer needs to rebase this branch and kindly sign-off their commits.

At least the PR-job is happy. Jenkins properly builds with v0.0.6. This would -- when merged -- also fix the build failure of PR #176.
