IVAS integration #25

Have IVAS as a new supported HW for Kiso.

It will Contribution to Kiso:

  1. SMB470 sensor driver added in Driver repo with optimized run time
  2. LwIP support added in ServalPAL
  3. LwIP TCP stack added in 3rd party shared with Ethernet porting layer for STM32F7 and FreeRTOS wrappers for LwIP after License clearance (OSS)
  4. UART driver interrupt mode changes for STM32F7 is added in Essentials with Unit test and improvements
  5. FatfsPartitionAgent and FWC2MbedTLSVerificationAgent are added in FOTA package
  6. STMCubeF7 updated to v1.15.0 to use CMSIS-NN after license clearance (OSS)
  7. Mbed TLS

I label this as "Prio: Minor" because I believe this issue is 1:1 related to RefHW BOsch IVAS which is not a prio scope for Kiso. As of now, we shall focus on publicly available HW as the Nucleo dev kit that the basis for IVAS. And, not sure if we want to to have the IVAS code completely open source -> this is a project team decision, not Kiso.
