P2 Metadata Generation is missing some plugins #98

I have uploaded a p2 update site zip. If I use p2 metadata generation I am missing a bundle in contents.xml. If I use the unzip adapter the bundle is present. The jar itself is listed so is the metadata for the particular artifact. However it does not show up in contents.xml.
