Karaf: system:shutdown - Could not find an Event Factory

Hi, shutting down OH2 via Karaf result in some warnings: In my opinion this is because i linked the Items manuell in my default.items file. So that's really no warning at all. Wish to get rid of this "warning-messages" in log file because its irritatingly confusing.

For every single item there is one waring.

- Could not find an Event Factory for the event type 'ItemThingLinkRemovedEvent'.

This is after clean install (I'm an absolute openhab beginner, but experienced in Linux)

These messages can be ignored, they are not harmful. This should be solved once we have a solution for https://github.com/eclipse/smarthome/issues/1896.

No, as it is pretty annoying. Happy to close it once its fix is confirmed when #1896 is done!
