Remove OSGiTest and groovy from targetplatfrom #6191

With #3305 finally done and #6187 cleaning up everything except the Groovy dependencies in OSGiTest, we are about to fully get rid of groovy in the project. Since OSGiTest still may be used by ESH implementations this issue should be used to discuss further usage of this class and as a reference for finally removing groovy.

As @wborn mentioned in this comment the documentation should also be clean up.
