[MQTT]Manual configuration needs restart of OpenHAB #6825

When I create things via a .things file. All of the channels and things get the status 'offline' at the moment I save the file. When I restart the mqtt binding via OpenHAB SSH, the things come back online, but I get errors on post-updating items. See here: https://community.openhab.org/t/mqttv2-thing-update-warning/63226/5

After a reboot of the entire OpenHAB service, things are working fine again.

This was fixed right after 2.4 release. Please update to 2.5m1.
