Use OSGi ConfigAdmin to configure Triquetrum services #184

Equinox also implements the ConfigAdmin and MetaType services (since Neon I think). It would be good to support configuration of Triquetrum Declarative Services via these OSGi standards i.o. being dependent on custom methods.

This is related to #183 and would imply building and integration between Eclipse Preferences (and pages) and ConfigAdmin/MetaType.

A msg on osgi-dev mentioned that currently OSGi DS doesn't play well with ConfigAdmin. (https://mail.osgi.org/pipermail/osgi-dev/2017-September/006575.html)

As this is more a technical issue than functional, we'll postpone this until this becomes supported in a standard way.

I'm using CM + OSGi for years without a problem the mentioned issue on the mailinglist adresses a different issue.
