Develop Guidance For Triquetrum Logo

We should develop guidance for a logo designer by early August.

My guidance is that the Triquetrum logo should include an image of a Triquetrum, see https://wiki.eclipse.org/File:TriquetrumDreistab_00-128px.jpg

We should discuss this at the next Triquetrum call, Wednesday, July 19, 11am Pacific

We understand The Eclipse Foundation will provide some funds to have this done. Here's a draft logo that I would like to put through CQ. It uses the public domain image from https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Dreistab_00.jpg
