Update target to Oxygen.2 #299

Oxygen.2 should be just in time (Dec 20th) for our end-of-year 0.2.1 release.

The update to ECP / EMF Forms 1.15 in the target is done as well.

Remark that in our dvp setup it seems the EMF Form view models that contain categories and tables are not readable in en Oxygen.2 IDE with ECP 1.15. So for the moment these are still maintained in an Oxygen with ECP 1.13!
