Update to Eclipse 2020-06 #346

As part of the upcoming Science 2020 Release, Triquetrum needs to be updated to the most recent Eclipse, which is 2020-06. If possible, we may try to release on Eclipse 2020-09.

The update to Eclipse 2020-06 is complete, though Bug #353 NPE while trying to edit parameters remains.
