We have a ditto integration PR #395, but that one is not from eclipse-arrowhead:ditto-integration branch. Please confirm that you want this PR to be merged to eclipse-arrowhead:ditto-integration branch, or please change the target branch.

Hi,

This PR is to merge into 'development' branch. There are review comments that need to address. The purpose to merger into 'development' branch was to release it with eclipse-arrowhead new version.
