With this PR, we add a description for a Device Hub which is an integration of Eclipse Hono with Eclipse Arrowhead. This PR also adds respective configuration files which can be used to modify and adapt the Eclipse Hono Helm Chart from the Eclipse IoT Packages project (https://github.com/eclipse/packages/tree/master/charts/hono) according to the described Device Hub.
