BaSyx-Core: Adjust import statements #269

The import statements have changed, so we need to adapt them, or write basyx-core scripts to adapt them:

model.__init__.py: Remove .aas, .base, .submodel, ConceptDescription, .datatypes
model.__init.py: Add .constants, .types and .verification
model.constants.py: Change aas_core3 to .
model.types.py: Remove from . import provider

model.verification.py: Change to:

from . import constants as aas_constants
from . import types as aas_types

We decided for going towards a different architechture. Instead of semantically patching the generated aas-core SDK, we will build our functionality on top of it.

Since we will loose backward compatibility, we created a new project called BaSyx-Python-Framework.

This Issue is therefore deprecated.
