Test edit flow - not for pushing #13

The flow was updated since the last test, see #11

Push the commit or tag
  /usr/bin/git push origin gh-pages
  remote: Permission to eclipse/birt-website.git denied to github-actions[bot].
  fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/eclipse/birt-website.git/': The requested URL returned error: 403
  Error: Action failed with "The process '/usr/bin/git' failed with exit code 128"

Let me know if/what else I can try - (I just happened to be at my computer this time for a quick turnaround)

Jonah, please make one last change. At this point, the workflow should wait for our review before it runs.
