HTML text imported by the viewpoint does not keep the div root tag coming from reqif file #151

HTML text imported by the viewpoint does not keep the div root tag coming from reqif file. Then when we open the HTML text by the richtext editor, some p tags can be unexpectedly added. The idea is to keep the original div tag coming from reqif.
