Provide visibility towards Requirements and Requirement Folders within modules placed under elements other than Capella perspectives. Currently, those Requirement elements cannot be found when setting internal requirement allocations.
Allow the creation of Capella modules directly under elements other than Capella perspectives. Currently, modules can only be placed as such by dragging and dropping them on other elements, after creating them under a Capella perspective.
