Some Capella operations do not work on Requirement VP elements (e.g. Capella contextual menus do not appear on Requirement elements or double-clicking on Requirements do not work) because Requirement elements do not inherit from Kitalpha's Element class. The change makes the class IdentifiableElement extend the class Element.
