Like other xAB, see SPO, (LAB , PAB): EAB diagram shall be moved from one EI to other EI or EI pkg, without modifying diagram content it shall be possible to D&D a Type EI (not only parts) from project explorer towards the diagram to insert an EI (like PAB etc...)
