Images in description never exported from T4C remote project #243

Steps to reproduce :

  1. In Capella, connect to a T4C Project
  2. Select a Function and a an image in description
  3. Save project, then run "Generate documentation" using xHTML 4.Check exported documentation for image description

Analysis CDO URIs are not properly handled, uri handling is hardcoded and doesn't support CDO uris also, space are sometimes encoded or unencoded depending on the image url link or the url filename , inducing a conflict where the image is here but not found due to the name difference

ensure that it also works with T4C x Capella 7 x xhtml fix (CDO 4.22)

Also small issue spotted in the export wizard, right tree, image and label for Referencing Elements and Referenced Elements are wrong
