Opening DocGen wizard crashes semantic browser view #251

Issue identified

When closing the docgen wizard, the referencing panel of semantic browser crashes

This is because when the wizard is closed, we dispose of the referencing label provider, since it has changed and the instance is shared, it shall not be disposed
