Add capella update site to product #1390

Jean, could we add a Capella 1.2.x update site to the "Available update sites" in the Capella build? So that users could get updates via "Check for updates".

Even if there's no 1.2.x site 'yet', we could redirect it to the release site and work on the 1.2.x site later, or when the first patch is released.

Another usecase that I have is:

I provide a feature patch for capella. When someone wants to uninstall the patch at some point, the uninstall fails because p2 cannot find the original features. If I add the capella update site before I uninstall the patch everything works.

And another site that should be added for convenience is the eclipse simultaneous release update site, e.g. http://download.eclipse.org/releases/neon/ for 1.2.x

This would be really nice :)
