Show project name in Catalog label when creating a RPL #1565

When I create a RPL from a library REC, the Catalog textfield, shows just "REC Catalog". It is not clear if that is the projects catalog, or the libraries catalog. I would prefer if the label was "REC catalog (My Project)" or "REC catalog (My Library)", displaying the name of the containing project in parenthesis.

It's all named REC Catalog, but I'm not sure which one.
