[Activity Explorer] Define Actor, Mission Capabilities diagram filter

Activity Explorer and Define Actor, Mission Capabilities diagram filter does not display existing Mission and Capability diagrams.

• All capability and mission diagrams shall be displayed for the related Phase (e.g MB diagram in System Phase for System Analysis etc...)
• Check for all activities and phases if all proposed diagrams are at least filtered with related activity filter.

Other filters to be fixed:

• SA: Define Act,...Capabilities: MB, MCB, CC and CM are missing
• OA: Define Op... Interactions: OAS is missing
• LA: Transition ... Functions: Logical Functions - System Functions is missing
• PA: Transition ... Functions: Physical Functions - Logical Functions is missing
• Transverse Modelling: new MSM is missing
