AbstractTransferViewer2: Incorrect enablement state of Add and Remove buttons

Using Capella Capella master (build 565) + capella-requirements-viewpoint-master (build 103):

1. Create a new model,
2. Reference the Requirement VP using the Viewpoint Manager view,
3. Import some Requirements from a .reqif file,
4. Open the Properties view then open the Requirement Allocation tab,
5. Select a semantic element,
6. Use the Transfer Viewer to select a Requirement and add it in the right viewer using the "->" button,
7. Then try to remove it from the right viewer using the "<-" button, => It can't be done, the "<-" button is not enable, in addition it is no more possible to add a new Requirement using the "->" button.
