#2723 Test migration of images when an images folder already exists #2734

Mechanism to retrieve an existing images folder has been moved to Sirius ImageManager, allowing it to be simplified in Capella.
A unit test has been added to check that an existing images folder is used when migrating images from richtext description

It's OK on local with https://github.com/eclipse-sirius/sirius-desktop/pull/128; except some entries in the error log like "widget disposed" coming from other plugins in our environment... The CI is K-O because it don't have the Sirius patchset.
