Renaming a capella project doesn't always work #2818

Steps to reproduce

Create a Capella Project named "自販機-vending machine" Renamed the .capella to "Vending Machine" the .capella is renamed, but references to it in the aird are not updated

Another renaming case is not working, when using libraries (read doc to confirm )

Project -> Lib1 -> Lib2

Rename Project might not update references in Lib1
