EMF Switch API (CapellaSwitch) is missing switch for Oa EPackage #2820

org.polarsys.capella.core.model.utils.CapellaSwitch allows doing an EMF-style switch on all EPackages of Capella. It seems like the API for setting the OaSwitch is missing.
