The richtext widgets (description editor etc) are not working properly
For example, the links are not navigable / blue underlined anymore
images are not displayed nor handled etc ..
So far, the only cause identified is that the capella archive was unzipped using WIndows archiver
this causes a template.html file from nebula widget plugins to be blocked by windows
(And maybe also cause ALL capella already installed to have their template.html to be blocked by windows)
In some rare cases on windows,
