Docgen : order of PhysicalLinkExt.getAllRelatedPhysicalLinks always changes #2832

There's an issue with docgen when generating physicallinks PhysicalLinkExt.getAllRelatedPhysicalLinks returns a HashSet instead of LinkedHashset, causing an order issue
