Tables are broken #2854

Table not working anymore since Sirius 7.4.0

It appears there are invalid precondition on the create tools, in the odesign these precondition were invalid, but never evaluated, but since 7.4.0 they are

Remove these preconditions (they are duplicated anyway, as they're are actually used as conditionExpression)
