Capella closes without saving #2868

Reproduced on 6.1 and 7.0

Commands from REC/RPL dialogs/actions and from transitions ACHIEVED THOURGH DIAGRAM EDITOR cause the commandstack/session to be dirty, but capella can be closed without confirmation nonetheless
