Move AIX 7.1 machines from OMR to OpenJ9 #316

In phase2 of upgrading AIX 7.1 -> 7.2, nodes p8-java1-ibm01,02 will be removed from OMR and add to OpenJ9. P.S: nodes p8-java1-ibm11,12 (both AIX7.2) was added before to OMR
